You have many things to figure out, and the world won’t make it easier for you. So here are 5 things you can do to deal with life after graduation:
Therapy
Even if you don’t have a lot of money to spare, make sure you try to find some to invest in therapy. This is the best decision you can make to help you put your head in a good place and feel better over time. Because you are feeling so down, you need professional help. You need someone who will be impartial to your dilemmas and help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. There are some cheaper alternatives, such as online therapy or even looking for organisations that offer accessible therapy. Also, you don’t need to be at the bottom to reach out to therapy, the sooner you do, the better you will feel.
