Does Racism Only Exist in “White Countries”?
Unfortunately, Racism is a Pandemic.
First of all, I would like to make it clear that I believe that someone can only speak about something they have experienced, and experiences can be very different from person to person. I never lived in an African or Asian country, so I can only speak about Brazil, Canada, and the UK, three countries I lived and experienced.

In one of my articles, someone commented that I was experiencing racism because I live in the UK, a “white country”. Then, I commented back that I am from Brazil, a “non-white country”, and I also experienced racism there, and to be honest, much worse than in the UK. So there isn’t such a thing about racism being only related to a “white” or “non-white society”.
In a very simple way, racism is basically treating someone differently because of the colour of their skin, or for other “ethnic” characteristics, for example, the shape of a nose or the eyes, the texture of the hair, and others.
