I know that as much as I want to believe that the world is changing, we still live in a world where white men have the power. I don’t have anything against white men; if I did, I wouldn’t be in a relationship with one. This is not to say that having white men in power is wrong or right; it’s just to say that this is the reality we live in. But I hope one day things change.

I don’t like Longan from Succession, the powerful man behind one of the most important fictional conglomerates in the world: Waystar Royco, which has diversified businesses in the fields of Media, Entertainment, Parks/Cruises, and others. But I can’t deny that there are things to learn with him about how the world actually works.

I have a really bad memory, so I won’t be able to mention quotes from Season One or Two, as at the moment, I am watching Season Three. But two of Logan’s quotes got me thinking.

The first one is:

“Nothing is a line. Everything, everywhere is always moving. Forever. Get used to it.”
