But as you mentioned you were always the one providing more than your partners, but you were only able to do that because you made more money. sometimes no matter how good we are at managing our finances, there is a limit of how much we can stretch and afford. And that's the point. Because you could afford more, you didn't care if they could, but what would happen if you were making less money?
