How To Play Games To Win in Life
We are all playing the game of life, and some of us are winning, and most of us are losing.
I couldn’t write about anything else other than this. On Sunday, 11th of July 2021, it was the final of the Euro Cup: Italy X England. Italy won. I am an Italian citizen, and I am not happy about it. I actually don’t feel anything. I lied. I do feel sorry for England.
Being a country citizen doesn’t mean much if you don’t see that country as your home. I am hoping to become an English citizen, but it will still take a while for me to see England as a home. It’s a process, and I can feel I am there.
On the same night, Love Island went on air with a new member, Teddy Soares, which I think it’s a Portuguese surname. Teddy went to the island to save one single girl: Faye, Rachel, Kaz or Sharon. I am getting addicted to Love Island because it’s insane how everything can change at every episode.
With these two events, the final of the Euro Cup and the Love Island Episode, we can learn a lot about life. England started winning in the first part of the game, and then Italy went with everything. Italy played dirty and accumulated 7 yellow cards, while England only 2. This shows that sometimes playing aggressively makes someone a winner.
