I am a 31 years old divorcee. Unfortunately, I knew I was going to get divorced even before getting married. I just knew that I was making a mistake, but… I guess I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t make that mistake. I recently wrote about 6 Reasons Why You Should Get Married.

I got married because of these reasons, and it was a mistake. I am here to help you not to make the same mistake I did. Even though making mistakes is not all bad, it adds more drama to your life, and we don’t need drama, do we?

You shouldn’t get married because of money.

When I got married, I got married because of money, and no, he wasn’t rich, but he was more financially stable than I was. How stupid I was. Instead of facing my reality and working on getting my life together, I took the “easiest” path of getting married to someone that could give me a little more stability than I had.
