Languishing: How To Deal With This Feeling in 2021 with 7 Small Ways
Languishing is this sense of stagnation that most of us are feeling right now
Languishing is probably trending at the moment. This is because it’s how we are all feeling right now.
We aren’t thriving but we aren’t depressed as well.
We are just existing.
Most days we are bored with life and by life.
Most days everything sounds tedious.
These past two days were hard for me. I work from home, I live alone, I don’t see anyone during the weekdays. I am my only source of entertainment. I do talk with my parents and boyfriend every day, but these past two days I didn’t even feel like talking to them. What is there to talk about? Leave me alone! (hahaha) Even more alone!
I am feeling a little better, and this is a feeling that comes and goes like waves. We just need to learn how to handle it. Also, there are some things we can do to postpone its arrival. Below, you can check out some of them:
1. Have “tiny” daily goals

- I make my bed every day.
- I try my best to get ready every day.
