Thank you Trudi for your comment. Very interesting, I recently wrote about shared ownership, if you don't mind me to ask, when did you buy your property with the scheme? It feels like the shares only increase in price because of the market value. I don't disconsider this option, but I would need a good mortgage adviser to make sure I am doing a good business.
