What To Do When Your Life Is A Chaos and All You Want To Do Is Sleep
My life at the moment is chaos. I am a Virgo, I hate chaos. I thrive when things are in order.
I am moving houses in 15 days and all that I want is to sleep. I wish I could hibernate for the next two weeks and wake up in my new home with everything in its right place.
But I can’t. I need to wear my big girl pants and deal with it, while still writing and keeping a healthy routine.
It’s hard. And the joke is that May is Mental Health Month. It’s only the 3rd of May and I already feel like going nuts.
Accept that it’s happening, but it shall pass
I can’t deny that my life is chaos, I need to accept it, and stay strong until it passes because it will pass. It’s just a little bit of discomfort until I can enjoy a better place.
Try to do nice things for yourself
During this period of chaos, you are your priority, nothing else. You need to do everything you can to feel better. I wrote in another article about creating a list of things that bring you joy, now it’s the time to pull out this list and do small things to make you feel better.
